KESHO - Kenya

KESHO means 'tomorrow in Swahili. Today's education is tomorrow's future
The organisation was started in 2004 by a small, voluntary group of women who were concerned about the lack of educational opportunities for children in Kilifi. KESHO promotes educational opportunities for children living in Kilifi, on the coast of Kenya. Their education helps families out of the poverty cycle.

"Hi Book-cycle, we're sending a mango tree size thank you from KESHO Organisation and all the other charities in Kilifi, Kenya who were the very lucky recipients of your recent shipment of over 30 boxes of books. They are really amazing and the children are going to love them. What a treat! Thank you." - December 2009

KESHO relies completely on donations to sponsor over 150 students through school. These come from individuals in Kenya and around the world!

We send them a varied selection of books for children
